28th Parkrun

Round the Glasgow Parkrun in 23.48 this morning -- faster that the President's Cup -- hung out afterwards with the Bellas at our new gazebo -- we were there to promote the forthcoming Bella 5 and 10ks.  Picture shows El Presidente Robert and Social Supremo Tammy -- hope you don't mind me pinching it from Facebook Tammy :)
