Off to Crieff on a glorious sunny day to take part in one of the best off-road 10ks in the country. It was hot and the famous ferocious hill didn't disappoint -- 52.36, not anywhere near my best time for this race, but I ran well, strongly and without injury -- it must be remembered that 43 minutes would get you into the top 30 in this event -- it's TOUGH. Very happy with the performance and the post race eats were will up to scratch.. The photo is of me lurking far too close to the front of the start line -- thanks to Strathearn Harriers for the pic
