Glen Fruin Training Run
Great 12 miles up the Glen Fruin Road at Helensburgh -- we went six miles and turned back -- primarily for the long run back into the burgh down Sinclair Street -- tremendous fun and chips afterwards !!! Total 12.04 miles.
