Good day at Buchlyvie on Saturday. Perfect conditions for running. Finished in around 43.20 -- need to wait for official confirmation as my Garmin was playing up. If that's correct it'll be my best 10k in a long time. Looks like the club training is paying off.
P.S Just checked the official time 43.25 -- happy with that.
