First of the Year

Ran 18 miles from Balloch to Partick yesterday morning with Lorna, Shona and Jane from Bella. Jane, who was just back from holiday in Florida, did 15, the rest of us carried on. Met Jackie on the towpath just outside Clydebank -- she had run out from Whiteinch. Found the last two miles very tough. Helensburgh half next weekend if I can get off work.
