I seem to be starting all my posts with " great day out. " Guess what ? Great day out today at the Scottish Veterans' team relay at Strathclyde Park. Excellent turn-out of Bellas -- three 4 man boys teams and two 3 girl ladies teams. The ladies won prize for 2nd team and Shona Donnelly the medal for fastest female. I managed the 3.8 mile course in 25.34 official time -- I thought I was a little quicker by my watch. Thought I might have done a little better than that. Not my best-ever performance.
