Very tough windy conditions for the above race on Sunday. A good turn-out of Bellas and good wins. The Ladies were first team, the Boys took second team and Elke won the women's race -- not a bad haul. I ran in 34.46 official time -- I thought it was a little quicker than that given that I crossed the line not that far behind big Ian Goudie at 34.09 and he had 11 seconds added on to his watch time -- but hey -- my watch chucked it after the first four minutes so I'll live with the official time. Officially 51" slower than last year -- but given the somewhat erratic timekeeping and the non PB conditions this year I've no complaints. PS Need a new Garmin. Thanks again to Danielle for the pic

Renfrewshire AAA 5 mile Road Race
