I'm back

A couple of heavy duty cycle-fit classes at Greens this week without any calf problems so I tried the treadmill -- two ten minute sessions -- one fairly sedate, one a little more challenging with good warm-up and cooldown on the cross trainer with no ill-effect. Don my osteopath has given me the all-clear to begin building up my running again -- so I'm off to the club for a gentle jog tonight -- looking forward to hooking up with my chums.
